Westminster Confession of Faith chapter 23, section 3 is a very interesting section if for no other reason than it has been modified so differently by various American Presbyterian denominations. ReplyDeleteThanks for this. Just out of curiosity, how would one go about defining what is or is not a "Christian country?" That would seem to add a bit of wrinkle to the ARP version.

Hi Chris, thanks for the comment(s). It would seem from the Confession that a Christian country can be defined as a country where the civil magistrate administers government on Christian principles, ruling in the fear of God, according to the directions of His Word.
